I am quite impressed with R & D Aluminum Inc.  I needed help with my storm shutters on a recently purchased older home.  R & D was quick to respond and Richard took the time to educate me and explain how everything works and what was needed to keep my shutters properly maintained.  They performed a long overdue maintenance on all our shutters and they now work as they should.  Thank you R & D Aluminum. The facts about R&D Aluminum... Richard has always been fair priced, on time and reliable. Follow his simple maintenance instructions and accordions will last a lifetime. If you're a slacker, he's available to fix them. Since 2005 Richard has installed accordion shutters 3x on homes and did a patio re-screen.  He responds right away, his work is solid and price is affordable.  Bottom line, R&D for 17 years on different homes/projects and have no plans of changing.  Give him a call, you'll be glad you did.

Richard was very professional. Him and his assistant came out to measure and give us a quote on replacing our entire patio roof. Within a few weeks it was completed and looks beautiful. Very reasonable price as well. It would have been completed even sooner, but we had to wait for the correct panels to be delivered before they could take down the old roof and replace it with the new one. Once the work actually got started they were able to finish in just a few days.

Richard’s professionalism was off the charts. I could call him or text him and he would always return my calls or texts promptly. Was even able to help me understand how to coordinate with an electrician as we also want to put up new fans on our new roof.

I have to say I'm impressed with the quality of work and service I was provided by Richard. He was referred by one of my colleagues at work and gotta say I understand why. I had called Richard to get shutters for my home and next day he was doing measurements at home and got me a quote that same day. He perfectly understood what I wanted and even gave me a few options to make it work. He took care of permits with the city and scheduled inspections. He kept me updated with the job status at all time. By the end of his work he made sure the area was cleaned and also took his time to show us how to properly use our shutters and also how to give proper maintenance.  My husband and I are very happy with the completion of this project and will refer Richard in the future.
